I don't know what it is about this game. It's not out yet, and all I have is the demo.. but I can't stop playing it! I think its great! The graphics are amazing, the voice overs are perfect, and the fun is non-stop! The controls are a lil... well, different, to begin with, but once you've got the hang of them they're pretty good. One of the only bad things about it is that the animations get a lil stale (when you rip open a tank or pull apart a chopper, its always the same animation). The combat is simple: RT shoot, RB Unibeam, Y missiles, B melee. Simple. Nothing to it. Just simple "press this to shoot". Thats all it is, over and over... Yet this never seems to get boring. I am certainly gonna get this game when it comes out. It's out a week before my birthday, so I'll probably get it for that, but either way, I am getting this game. Some people may disagree and think this is crap. I for one do not. I think this is great. Yes, it will get boring, like every game does. But I've played the demo around 10 times and its still great fun. And thats just today.
Anyway, what do you guys think of this? Have you downloaded the demo? Do you plan to? Don't judge this before you play it purely because its a 'movie-based game'. I'm interested as to what everyone thinks of this. Ofcourse, we can only base what we know of it off of videos, news and the demo, but what do you all think of it so far?
